If you use a pneumatic retractable landing gear, it's very helpful to have actual information of the pressure in air tank. If you are already using the Mbar EX sensor, it’s wise to use the transmitter to set its function to automatically open the pneumatic retractable landing gear, if the pressure drops below the defined level. if pressure starts to leak from the system during flight the landing gear will automatically open according to the minimum pressure value you set.

If you use the MGPS sensor in your models and plan to use its relative altitude and distance measurement, you need to set the origin value for MGPS sensor before flight.

This new feature has been created in the latest update for transmitters (FW 5.02). We recommend update transmitter via JETI Studio.

Since DS-12 doesn't offer the wireless trainer function, you can still use the teacher-student system between two transmitters over the PPM signal wire. You need just a single audio 3.5mm Jack-Jack cable (mono or stereo).

We can set up braking flaps in menu Fine Tuning – Butterfly. It is possible to operate them manually either by proportional control or by 2-position switch. Another option, an automatic activation in flight mode, we are describing below.

How to correctly connect a backup receiver to the REX receiver via EX Bus serial line.
Pair both receivers with the DC/DS transmitter in the Double Path mode (or set the backup receiver to CLONE mode). All REX receivers are equipped with fully adjustable inputs E1 and E2. Select for one of these inputs in the settings  EX Bus input/backup (min. irmware version REX 1.13 and REX Assist 1.12). In the main receiver you can set Fail-Safe for servos (we recommend at least lowering the throttle down). In the backup receiver please disable Fail-Safe function and set up the output to EX Bus mode.
 
For the Rsat2 satellite receivers the EX Bus signal is generated at the Ext. output. On the contrary, the Rsat900 receivers are equipped with fully adjustable E1 and E2 outputs.
